The option when booking to have a timed appointment as it was I had to book whole days leave from work as the dealership miles away and was told couldn’t specify am or pm.

Experience not as good as pre Covid. Big investment, good to talk rather than being sent documents on line with no discussion, and expected to understand and sign them immediately. Good that we could take delivery on our preferred day, a Saturday, due to work commitments.
