Firstly tried to book online , received date and confirmation , when I double checked with garage they knew nothing about it , so booked manually everything went well.When car returned the settings had been changed from mph to kilo and temp settings , just annoying it had been changed

They whole process was a relaxing experience and fast I was reassured my car was in expert hands. Friendly staff and good communication

Although I recieved message back that my vehicle had been booked in when I got to dealership on the day I found out that my vehicle had been booked in to Birmingham instead of Chester. But thankfully the dealership at Chester were able to accommodate me on the day.
