Firstly would really like to thank Robert Thomas for firstly going above and beyond in managing to get me the car on a earlier day and time, the service I’ve received from rob has been absolutely stress free even down to him advising me on the size of engine I purchased and I’m so pleased he did do this 😀. Overall totally stress free experience and speaking from friends who have purchased a new car in these unprecedented times they’ve not been as lucky as I was. So a big thank you.

My initial enquiry was dealt with the call centre ( I can’t remember name but had a North east accent) it was a convivial and pleasant experience. Was looking forward to meeting him but obviously did not.
