We ordered our vehicle in May 2021 and with the pandemic and shortage of supply's lookers chester still manged to deliver the new vehicle as promised and I was kept upto date with progress of our order by Diane Jones who we ordered the new vehicle from.i would recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from lookers chester as they make you feel welcome and will always try and answer any questions or concerns. Great team .

Nothing really. Just very satisfied with the service overall, explanation about what work was to be done. Always a bit difficult behind screens and with having to wear face coverings etc, but that's the way it has to be done at present!

All salespeople by their very nature like telephone calls, but this is often not so easy for people who have meetings all day or who are very busy. It would have been easier for me to have corresponded by email rather than via missed calls and voicemails.
