Andy was warm and friendly from the second we walked in. He made the whole process stress free & no question was too much for him. He went above and beyond for me to ensure that the car was exactly what I wanted. I did view a few different cars but decided to go back to Vauxhall Chester because it felt like Andy cared more about the customer than the sale and didn’t push us into a decision we didn’t want. I would and will be recommending the shop to everyone due to the sheer smoothness of getting the vehicle but want to emphasise how much Andy helped us. He’s a credit to the company
