Diane Jones is excellent. We received a warm welcome and were offered refreshments right away. The whole process was explained clearly. We understood what was happening, step by step. We were taken to the new car and enjoyed a review of its features. My iPhone was paired with the car. It was good to meet Chris who was receiving training.
