Easy to follow and gives you the opportunity to check in online thereby making it easy when you attend, the only downside i was informed that the collect and deliver service no longer available for my post code however whilst querying this at reception informed that this not so with the driver on holiday, if i had been made aware i would have chosen another date. As usual a warm welcome when i attended to get an interim service on my car, booked in in no time at all and as i decided to wait with no guarantee of wait time i sat down in the waiting area grabbed a cup of free hot coffee and relaxed with the opportunity to see the show room, was greatly disappointed though not to see my particular vauxhall on show i.e. Grandland or Mokka`s, probably awaiting new stock, however it seemed no time at all i was called and informed that my car was ready and where it was parked. Another time at Vauxhall Chester where everyone friendly and efficient.
