In addition to the care that I was shown, which included coffee and biscuits. I was greeted like an old friend. While waiting in a comfortable armchair I received a video presentation of work that had been done. Our car was valeted before it was returned to me. The friendly staff made sure I was comfortable while waiting for the car service to be done.
