The service I received from both the Reception staff and Mr Damian Woolley was excellent,whilst Mr Woolley is the Service Manager I will continue to have my car serviced at Lookers Ellesmere Port .Mr Woolley is quite simply the best Service Manager I have had the pleasure of dealing with,he gives you his time and is very experienced at dealing with people. A recall was done on my vehicle, taking me past my 2 hour slot, this wasn't to much of a problem but i wasn't advised of the delay at the time

The car is usually washed and valeted following a service, however on this occasion it was not washed and the drivers mat was not cleaned.
