Customer Service Advisor Chelsea Rae-Jones was exceptional. So professional, extremely polite and very friendly. Kept me up to date when necessary. Nothing was too much trouble. She is an asset to the company. Above and beyond.

Your reception staff were very helpful in finding a way for me to charge my iphone. For future consideration, a wall socket in the waiting area, one with a USB outlet, might be an asset for customers using their phones, especially on a rainy day when going outside is not a good option. .

All I can say I always have excellent service at Lookers Ellesmere Port branch. Always fantastic after service advise in advance for my up and coming mot and service in May.. My call at your branch was for a recall all sorted. 👍

I would prefer to deal with Ellesmere port direct rather than the call centre. The call centre had to comeback with answers

Thanks to everbosy involved especially Haley who was brilliant, understood my needs & arranged a repair the was suggested in the safety check that was carried out due to a Vauxhall recall on a different issue. This save me a second visit, all work being carried out in one visit, so happy, thank, all involved professional, polite, informative, spot on service, even the guy who found my car in the car park when I couldn't, he definitely went out of his way, 500 mtrs at least.

Finding a parking place is often difficult and time consuming. The lack of an on-site paint shop (unlike at the old Birkenhead premises) can be a major drawback.
