The staff here are AMAZING!! Customer focused from the moment you walk through the door. Every aspect regarding my car was discussed in a very professional manner. It is obvious that they have the customer at the heart of everything they do. Whilst waiting I was offered coffees. When I went for a walk whilst waiting, I decided to have a look at the cars on the forecourt. A gentleman came out to see if I needed any help. I didn't feel pressured at all. I will definitely buy my next car from this outlet, even though I live in Manchester. The Customer experience means a lot to me. I couldn't have been treated better as a valued customer. 100% and 5 Stars. Thankyou so much to everyone.
