1st time in 40+ years I have had a Service and my car has been Internally cleaned bravo Vauxhall's.

Dave Suckley was the member of your team that I bought my car from. I cannot stress how patient and helpful he was as i was torn between two cars. He explained everything and gave me time to digest the information. He went through all options for purchasing the car and i was able to chose the right one for me. He promised the car would look good when i picked it up and he was true to his word. I would have no hesitation in asking for Dave again and i have already recommended him and Ellesmere port Vauxhall to someone else who is looking for a car

The problem which required attention was a release strap on the back seat which simply pulled out and prevented me from returning the back seat to a vertical position after cargo handling. The technician reattached the undamaged strap, and wisely secured it with a screw, thus preventing the strap from becoming detached again from an open hook. The job required the seat to be removed, etc. The technician kindly videod the mechanism and the solution for me. I understand that the remaining straps may be similarly insecure. NOTE: In operating the strap when it detached I did nothing unusual. THUS THE PROBLEM APPEARS TO BE A DESIGN FAULT ALLOWING THE STRAP TO WORK LOOSE FROM THE OPEN HOOK, WHICH THEN RESULTED IN THE PASSENGER CAPACITY BEING REDUCED UNTIL THE PROBLEM COULD BE FIXED BY YOUR GARAGE, COSTING ME TIME AND MONEY! VERY UNSATISFACTORY - HOPE IT DOES@NT HAPPEN AGAIN!
