I was happy with the whole process. The Reception staff were so friendly and helpful and got in touch to explain the report. I was not pressured into buying new tyres, even though the two front tyres are very near needing to be replaced. The car was cleaned and an air freshener had been used, so all in all, it was a very satisfactory experience.

Zoe Hough went above and beyond to help me resolve a problem at Renault Chester.
