The staff are a credit to the branch. This was my first Motability vehicle from Lookers Vauxhall. I have been kept up to date since the vehicle was ordered, although I was told there would be a slight delay due to parts shortages etc which is understandable. However my vehicle was turned around very quickly and any questions I had were answered. I saw a Ford s max at Lookers Ford in Sudbury and asked if it could be moved to Ellesmere Port so I could buy it. My local lookers enquired with dealer holding the car, but although on the website it had been sold to another dealer. The car did reappear on the website a few days later, and I rang my local lookers, but this appears to of been a mistake as it disappeared on the same day from the website.
