I was very impressed with the sales assistant Dan Kier who answered all my queries and explained in detail everything about the car I was interested in, he also went out of his way to make me comfortable and at ease in every way, making what could be a stressful experience a comfortable one.

The service I received from both the Reception staff and Mr Damian Woolley was excellent,whilst Mr Woolley is the Service Manager I will continue to have my car serviced at Lookers Ellesmere Port .Mr Woolley is quite simply the best Service Manager I have had the pleasure of dealing with,he gives you his time and is very experienced at dealing with people.Thank youIan Wilson
