Not sure how relevant online services were to me as my car was collected for service and returned to my home. Likewise I did not use waiting area etc but this survey required a response to all questions! Car collected and returned as promised

It is a lot easier t Very polite and friendly, sorted out a curtesy car when I had to change it. Kept me informed when the part for my car was not available. Highly recommended.
