My Service Advisor was Hayley Parry & from the moment I went in for my service she was so welcoming, friendly & helpful, she made my visit as pleasant as possible & she could not help enough, so I strongly feel staff of this nature should be awarded because she deserved to be. Thank you Hayley.

Receptionist was really helpful. The fact the car problems were not detected is an issue. Overall well looked after no complaints.

The staff here are AMAZING!! Customer focused from the moment you walk through the door. Every aspect regarding my car was discussed in a very professional manner. It is obvious that they have the customer at the heart of everything they do. Whilst waiting I was offered coffees. When I went for a walk whilst waiting, I decided to have a look at the cars on the forecourt. A gentleman came out to see if I needed any help. I didn't feel pressured at all. I will definitely buy my next car from this outlet, even though I live in Manchester. The Customer experience means a lot to me. I couldn't have been treated better as a valued customer. 100% and 5 Stars. Thankyou so much to everyone.
