I'm really, generally very happy with the service I receive from Lookers but I'm also really disappointed that there is no branch in Birkenhead now. It may well affect the purchase of my next car.

Only disappointment was that on pick it had I'll fitting old Mokka mats and had to be taken back to have the correct mats fitted . It was obvious they were the wrong ones . My sales contact was able to correct it with parts but shouldn't have happened

Sent several emails and response time was always very quick (10 minutes). Very knowledgeable about everything, would recommend and buy from again

Always deal with Richard Southworth every time I change my car , he is always down to earth, never pushy and gets the best deal possible this is the 4th or 5th car I have bought off him and I won’t deal with anyone else , a service plan was offered but I choose not to take one out but up on further reflection I am going to go back and see Rich and take one out , top service and a top guy.
