Service plan not feasible as do not live locally.

I have had a service plan with Lookers since 2010 and one of the features I like is that I get reminders when it is time for a service or MOT. This time I did not get a reminder but fortunately I remembered and got in touch. Apart from that, everything else was fine as usual.
