Everyone was most helpful including the receptionists on the sales/ service desks.The salesmen were knowledgeable and went out of their way to ensure my satisfaction. Although the weather was very bad at the time, I was more than pleased with the service I received and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thank you all.

Service from Keith in sales was excellent, as was the service department. The quality of the valeting was questionable, but overall the experience of purchasing another car from Lookers was excellent, in keeping with the high standards I have always encountered when visiting your branches.

My initial contact was with Kevin, the manager of the sales department who was excellent. He directed me to Keith Wardle who was my salesman from then in. I had full confidence in his ability and he guided me through the process.
