On arrival Jeanette was very helpful., and she contacted me within 3 hours to tell me that the technicians had finished the work on the car. Impressive... So many thanks to the team.

i would like for the Vauxhall management team to know that my experience at their Ellesmere port branch was an excellent one.A staff member and myself, a house manager supported Anthony, a person we support with Autism and learning disabilities and mobility issues and from the minute we entered the premises we were impressed with the professionalism from the staff team and that nothing was too much.we had made an appointment but our sales man, mark Chapman ,we were due to meet was on the phone when we arrived however the manager Martin Benbow instead met us in the show room. he made us all feel so welcome shaking our hands and introducing himself and showed us the available cars that suited Anthony best. Giving us a detailed tour around the cars and took time to answer all our questions. he was professional throughout as Anthony was quite loud vocally that day . He then settled us all with a drink while we completed the paperwork with Mark , who also was really helpful getting variety of colours to the table so that Anthony could be supported to choose his chosen colour . the whole experience was a really good one and i will be fully recommending this branch to any future car purchasers i come across.
