Service was brilliant from beginning to end from keith wardle he always kept me updated on everything that was happening until I picked up my new car

It was a positive experience from the start; Daniel Keir approached us, was friendly, offered options on vehicles for me to consider, wasn't pushy and therefore I was happy to proceed. We had been to a few other dealerships that day and he was the first to approach us - good move! I didn't feel pressurised and he understood what I was looking for. Vauxhall need to communicate difficulties in obtaining vehicles, more communication in regards to distribution issues.
