Iv had to wait since February as the cars were not being built for one reason or another and Martyn Williams kept me informed throughout the while time with regular updates even if their were no updates to tell me about, as far as I'm concerned he went above and beyond what he needed to do and I will come back to him and Ellesmere Port Lookers again in the future when considering a new car. From the moment I entered Lookers I was greeted with a very friendly sales person, Richard. He was not pushy or over powering. He could answer ALL my questions and made me feel relaxed and and important customer. He explained all the ins and outs of the vehicles, being a lady customer who doesn’t know vehicle details I appreciated his time. My new vehicle was only to get me from A to B safely. But all the extras were wonderful.
