For God's sake! I've already said the service is excellent. I've got neither the time nor the inclination to go into specific detail, especially as I encountered no problems.. You expect too much inn these surveys!Very professional, friendly, and efficient service. The only criticism I have is the change to charging £18 for collection of Motability vehicles, although when I queried this I was offered free collection.
