Iv had to wait since February as the cars were not being built for one reason or another and Martyn Williams kept me informed throughout the while time with regular updates even if their were no updates to tell me about, as far as I'm concerned he went above and beyond what he needed to do and I will come back to him and Ellesmere Port Lookers again in the future when considering a new car. Excellent staff throughout the whole dealership.

From the moment I entered Lookers I was greeted with a very friendly sales person, Richard. He was not pushy or over powering. He could answer ALL my questions and made me feel relaxed and and important customer. He explained all the ins and outs of the vehicles, being a lady customer who doesn’t know vehicle details I appreciated his time. My new vehicle was only to get me from A to B safely. But all the extras were wonderful. Martin and Kevin also introduced themselves when I collected my new car and took time to talk with me, I know it took a little longer to order but it was really worth the wait. Richard was on leave because his wife had just had a baby(congratulations) and Keith took over. Showing me my new car and presenting me with the keys. THANK YOU to everyone at LOOKERS who made this effortless for me. They were such a good team I I bought a new car for my daughter’s birthday.,
