The app did not update the stage car was at. Car took 2 hrs 30 for service rather than 1 hr 30.

Vehicle tyre pressures were left in insistent and valve tyre cap was left missing . Not an good example of dealer service e. Considering cancelling my ongoing vehicle servership with Vauxhall dealer. Nit impressed!!!

I specifically asked to deal with Richard Southworth, having purchased my two previous cars with him. He is alway courteous and professional, very approachable and friendly. Although it shouldn’t be, committing to the purchase of a vehicle as a lone female can still be daunting and Richard’s customer service removes any anxiety. He takes the time to talk through details and has the patience to answer questions. He appears to have a genuine interest in finding the best deal at the best price and never pushes to change your opinion, but discusses options objectively. He also managed to get through things very quickly which surprised me I’m the current climate. A real smooth, easy and exciting experience. Thank you.
