I found the first sales representative I dealt with very abrupt, unhelpful and off putting. He did not appear to care whether I bought the car or not, allowed me to turn up twice to pre-arranged test drives, yet the car was not ready on both occasions and he had failed to inform me, stating that he ‘told me to call him to check first’. I explained that this was not great customer service and was intending to look for a car elsewhere. Fortunately, I emailed the branch and was called back very quickly by Dave, who provided nothing less than outstanding service and went the extra mile to ensure that I was happy with the service and the car. I would definitely recommend the dealership thanks to him. However, I would have to name a representative to be avoided. Perhaps I caught him on a bad week.
