Keith Wardle has been absolutely fantastic with me, he goes above and beyond and it responding to emails at 10pm at night obviously out of his working hours , communication was second to none and always made me feel supported. Iv had a few hiccups along the way but as soon as Keith took over everything was sorted. Thank you Keith.

Poor px price, you offered £29000, I got £33000. £4000 difference! How does that happen?

The customer care I receive is always consistently high (mainly dealing with Pauline). My current car is one I favour greatly however it has been the most problematic, with several returns to the dealership for recalls, repairs (through no fault of my own) and general niggles which are still ongoing (I have to take yet another day out to lose my car whilst another problem is resolved). The Ellesmere Port branch have a great Team who are well versed in my constant returning visits, and treat me with respect and courtesy.

Only negative is it stated car would be cleaned etc when picked up this wasn't the case but overall a very good service and excellent communication
