Generally very good but a discrepancy between advertised and actual mileage of about 30% became clear during final document signing. Since I was buying the vehicle remotely this was a bit of a shock but the sales manager dealt with the problem effectively

I went in pretty much knowing what I was looking for and in what price range. I spoke to the ever helpful and knowledgeable Dave Suckley. There was no messing about. He gave me a few options, I picked the one best suited to me, very briefly discussed all the optional extras (he knew I didn’t want any and didn’t offend me by trying to sell me anything I clearly didn’t want), arranged the deal and completed it a couple of days later. He promised to sort a few bits with the car and did. Can’t fault Lookers or Dave.

Your website was very clear about dropping off your vehicle and having to return when work was completed. However, this was not the case at all and when I arrived at 9am, the waiting room was full which meant that I could have not had to arrange my husband to follow me there and then bring me back 90 mins later to collect my car so this could do with updating.
