Excellent service from DAN explained everything to me when I didn't understand something .Very happy with my new car .

There was minor damage to two parts of the trim around the gear shift stick caused during the repair. This is only cosmetic but is visible.

This was not a routine visit. I was experiencing very noisy steering, which resulted in needing a new steering column. When I rang to arrange an appointment the earliest available was 7 days away. So I was without my car for a week. If I wanted a Courtesy Car or Collection and Delivery Service I would have to wait THREE WEEKS! Ellesmere Port is my nearest Lookers branch is 15miles from my home and it would take about 2hours to get there on Public Transport. As I had to leave the car as it was considered unsafe to drive, I was lucky that a friend was available to come and pick me up. Although she had two appointments the next day she was able to drive me back to collect my car. Without this friend Wednesday and Thursday would have been even more stressful. The booking staff had failed to note that I wished to wait while the car was examined, at least the reception staff (in this case, Pauline) were far more helpful and immediately marked the job sheet "waiting" in large red letters. She also arranged for me to use Bumper for payment. The Service Centre obviously has no capacity for urgent work to be undertaken. While the service for planned servicing or MOT's is excellent I dread having a urgent problem. This situation has arisen since the branches at Liscard (Wallasey) and Birkenhead have closed, obviously customers on the Wirral Peninsular are getting a much poorer service.

The car on pick up was not fully cleaned. When I saw the car when I went to purchase it, there was a bit of onion skin in the back door. I left it there, rather than removing it, to see if the car would be properly cleaned, when I went to pick up the car it was still there. No car mats were provided with the car front or rear either.

During initial phone call would have been helpful if up to date information was given re options for getting the car to and from dealership.

Apart from an excellent service there was also a very good car clean.

Keith wardle gave us a great experience when on site and also went out of his way to ensure that we were happy after our new car was purchased.

The communication by text, email and most importantly by telephone was outstanding. Particularly impressive was the customer support representative who telephoned me on a number of occasions who was pleasant, informative, personable and professional. Outstanding customer service. Thank you.

I bought one car and everything went well no issues, great service from Daniel at Ellesmere Port. He also sorted out what happened below which was nothing to do with him. I wanted to buy another car on the same day having reserved the car the night before and paying the £99 fee. I was then informed that this car had been sold two days prior ! This money has been refunded to me so no problem there. But overall rather disappointing on this front. I would not make an issue of this but you asked for my feedback so here it is.
