I booked the car in to Ellesmere Port branch and somehow your system booked into star city, .Birmingham which is 80 miles away. Numerous texts and calls from them asking where the car was. The original booking haven't even been made for 6th May.

Excellent service! Whilst I was there I enquired about a new car, had a look inside it and asked for a quote to be done and for him to call me as soon as he’d done it, I had my 10 month old grandson with me so couldn’t wait. I didn’t receive a call or an email so when I rang the next morning and was told the car had been sold I was very annoyed. I won’t be recommending the sales side to anyone and won’t be returning there.
