My visit was a recall, everything very efficient.

My car was booked in due to a recall which I was told took about 45 mins. so I said I would wait. On arrival, I was told it would take an hour and a half. I was not told to bring the spare key for re-programming, meaning I have to return with the spare key and also leaving me with a spare that wouldn't work if necessary for a few days.

Brilliant service, even when I got COVID you delivered(literally). Also car was a great deal and happy with the trade in.

Very happy with the outcome. Vauxhall lifetime guarantee excellent. It would have been nice to have a courtesy car but the wait was too long!
