Richard Southworth was excellent. He delivered my new car to my house as I am unable to drive at the moment due to an accident. He returned to collect the V5 document & arranged for my fast tag to be dropped off which had been left in my old car.

Daniel was very knowledgeable & gave clear ,articulate information. Helpful & pleasant without the pressure of making a sale. Rather a lot of additional policies offered, too much to digest there & then. Would prefer to be given the written info to take home & consider.
