I didn't get a video of my car or a call to say it was ready for collection, If I had had a call I would have had the tyres done that were advisories. But I was very happy with the service all in all.

Great idea for the online updates telling me where my car is in the process but unfortunately I don’t think it was updated as it jumped from prepped for workshop to ready for collection.

. Couldn't get the video up on the day. Before and after service was very good. I presumed everything was OK and no need to speak to me when my car was with you.
