I was happy to have the service & MOT done by yourself. I am just unhappy you suggested I pay for having my car picked up, as I use to have Lookers in Birkenhead & could walk home after dropping the car off, unfortunately its not my fault the garage closed down after using them and always purchasing my car from them,. I wasn't charged in the end but I was very upset on being asked to pay for pickup, you very nearly lost a faithful customer & it will make me think about buying a car from you again. I'd like to think in the future I would not be asked again when my service & MOT are due. Thank you

We are long term customer's and we have just purchased a new mokka and I have to say its amazing thanks to the lovely Racheal she was so helpful and so knowledgeable she really is a credit to the sales team came away so happy thanks again .

I would like to know whether you have put any additive in the petrol to clean the fuel injectors. I could not find anything in the service documentation.

Charging problem with my new Mokka-e was rectified quickly & efficiently & the similar model loan vehicle was very welcome. The service reception staff & e-vehicle engineer were very helpful.

We received excellent customer services throughout the process. Very impressed with Richard Southworth who dealt with every question we had to our satisfaction and made the whole transaction simple. Richard's after sales service has also been outstanding. We are also very pleased with the car, it's much more responsive than I was expecting and an extremely smooth drive. I would not hesitate in reccommending the car, the dealership & Richard Southworth to others.
