Daniel was very knowledgeable & gave clear ,articulate information. Helpful & pleasant without the pressure of making a sale.Rather a lot of additional policies offered, too much to digest there & then. Would prefer to be given the written info to take home & consider.

Richard was extremely helpful, he was extremely friendly, constantly kept me in the loop about what was going on in regards to my car. Even followed up after which my previous car company never did. Amazing service

All the staff with whom I had contact during my visit were friendly and helpful - behind the counter, others offering drinks, and the technician who, after the MOT and service, drove my car round to Reception in the rain. The only negative feature, which didn’t matter on this occasion, is the lack of a paint shop on the premises - unlike the position at the old Lookers in Birkenhead where I was a customer for many years.

Keith Wardle was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help things get going. Overall I'm very satisfied with the experience of buying my first car and would highly recommend to others.
