The notability sales advisor that was my point of contact is Richard Southworth, He is a genuine asset to the Vauxhall dealership. On first meeting Richard, I could tell that he wasn’t your typical sales rep, that I have come across - who is only after a sale and then get shoved out the door, he was more interested in taking the time to make sure, I had the right vehicle for my disabilities. Richard was very knowledgeable, Caring, Friendly, communicated with me every step of the way and a real asset to yourselves.. in all fairness only giving Richard 5 out of 5 stars doesn’t do him justice, there isn’t a number high enough that I could rate Richard to be honest. I would also like to nominate Richard for sales person of the month from Kirsty Macrae

Disappointed my service book didn’t get stamped. Had to travel 20 miles back to the dealership to get it rectified. It shouldn’t be up to the customer to pick this issue up .
