Very happy getting service and mot done on same day. Jeanette who dealt with me was very helpful and honest. Got my car picked up from work and delivered back in time and nice and clean.

Was really happy with the service! With being on the service plan I do normally get a call when my service is due, which is always a helpful reminder, but I didn't get one this year.

I don't like the fact the salesman desk is open and everyone viewing cars can here your personal details. I was sat waiting for the salesman to come back with paperwork and heard all the business transactions of a couple at a desk behind me it should be made more private maybe cubicals as your business is private and not for others to here. On a lighter note a big thank you to Dave Suckley of sales Ellesmere Port dealership for looking after us .
