Just one thing happened to prevent the full 5 stars for the 'service experience' was: I'd left the locking wheel nut on the front passenger seat as requested, but found it in the back seat foot-well area after a search back home. For a little while I thought I may have to return to find out what happened to it, and I live quite a distance away from the dealership!
