Good overall experience. I was well looked after by the staff, especially the service advisor that dealt with me. I was surprised at some of the pricing i.e. Oil filter @ £43.07 inc vat.I am keen to continue using the dealership, but I will have to get competitive pricing in the future before I book. Any recommendations to friends/family would include the identification of pricing.I am very happy with staff interactions, less so with pricing structures in some areas. Happy to discuss further if required.

The notability sales advisor that was my point of contact is Richard Southworth, He is a genuine asset to the Vauxhall dealership. On first meeting Richard, I could tell that he wasn’t your typical sales rep, that I have come across - who is only after a sale and then get shoved out the door, he was more interested in taking the time to make sure, I had the right vehicle for my disabilities. Richard was very knowledgeable, Caring, Friendly, communicated with me every step of the way and a real asset to yourselves.. in all fairness only giving Richard 5 out of 5 stars doesn’t do him justice, there isn’t a number high enough that I could rate Richard to be honest. I would also like to nominate Richard for sales person of the month from Kirsty Macrae
