This branch is "consistently" excellent. The customer service is second to non. Everywhere is immaculate. The Covid precautions have been so well set up. Knowledgeable staff, courteous and never rushed. Nothing ever seems to be too much of a problem for the customer. Thankyou so much for the excellent service. Special mention to Chelsea.

The whole experience of buying "from a distance" went very well. Dave Suckley , sales person, was excellent in providing information and sorting out some issues with the vehicle before delivery. I felt very confident in dealing with Dave and, in turn, Lookers.
