i am a blue badge holder and when i was told my car was ready i asked reception where would my car be parked and they said just outside and when i went outside it was raining and i coudnt see my car i eventually found it round the back of the workshop in bay 24 i was thinking of going back into reception to complain but i was a bit wet and i just wanted to get back home this shoudnt happen again to any further blue badge holders this is bad practise

Good overall would have preferred to have a courtesy car rather than staying and waiting but other than that all good 👍
