Chelsea went out her way to be helpful , getting my car brought around to the front of the building to make it more accessible for me . My car was ready much earlier than I expected and I was kept up to date at every stage of the process

i would just like to say the service i got from the sales person Richard Southworth was brilliant, he kept in touch with me letting me know about the new car, and he made me feel at ease when I1st met him.and he was very helpful

Disappointing that despite booking in the for a service some time well before the due date,a courtesy car was not made available.The pick up and return service was used instead.No complaints.
