Good service and very well inforned staff - shame the finance wasn’t competitive with commercially available lease figures. Also the new mokka boot is too small!

Vauxhalls has always been the best dealership I’ve been to. This time I was offered a timed service which was very helpful as I am disabled and everything was completed on time. They are really good, the only drawback is that the local dealership closed last year and I now need to travel to a trading estate which is a bit out of my way but I still wouldn’t change.

I pre-booked my car in but I still had to sign when the car was collected. Also, the timescale quoted for pick up and work are totally unrealistic. I thought I heard a strange noise when I took the car out for the first time and try to ring the dealership we could not get through it all. I am monitoring the situation at present. All seems fine at present.
