Car was in for repair. Unable to select gear. Reception were very good especially Chelsea Rae Jones who tracked the issue and alerted me when repairs were complete. She was friendly and attentive, a credit to Lookers

I could take my vehicle to a service agent 2 minutes from where I live. However, I much prefer to travel 20 mins away to Lookers Ellesmere Port because of the friendly and helpful service I receive there. I also find the dealership bright, clean and attractive and the waiting area pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone.
