Although Lookers were very thorough, it did take 8 weeks to correct the fault, and this was stressful as we need the car back for a wedding. Thankfully we got it back with a few days to spare. A courtesy car wasn't offered.

The experiance was beyond expectations. All were friendly, helpful, attentive greeting me better than royalty. A special mention to the Mechanic Mike and Service manager Damien who made sure my visit was exemplary. Not to forget the key man Martin the Manager who obviously must have something to do with such happy staff.
