Pleasant staff . Happy with how I was handled. I think it may be worth having staff available if we given an 8am arrival . There were 3 of us standing outside a locked building in the cold with staff arriving after us and chatting inside whilst we waited to be let in. Only minor but that would be my only recommendation is to be there if u offer an 8am arrival if not Start this at 8.15am to allow your staff to arrive settle themselves and then open the doors to customers to prevent us standing outside in the cold lol winter is not far

As the dealership had car for a month the only time there was communication was when I rang to find out what was happening as I needed to let motability know what was happening over my hire

Just one point, when my vehicle was picked up your driver did not check the car nor show ID when taking it for servicing. Not a problem with me, just something I think you should consider.
