I could do with a follow up call as to why Vauxhall are refusing to to pay for the fault on the headlights.

I think any communication issues were linked to my visit being an express maintenance visit at 4pm on a Friday.

Unfortunately my car had developed warning lights on the dash, upon making a booking online I arrived on the day of my booking and was welcomed by an advisor named Chelsea who was very friendly, upon my lack of mechanical knowledge I also got to speak with a technician named Mike who again was very friendly and understanding to my attempt of explaining my vehicles behaviour/issues. A few days later and my car has been diagnosed/repaired and ready to collect. Fantastic friendly professional service, can’t thank you enough.
