I am still very disappointed that the birkenhead store closed. Ellesmere Port is not an easy distance for me when I work all week. I booked the car in on the earliest slot could with a pick and drop off facility that suited me as well as I was off on annual leave this day and because it was so close to the mot, I had to pay a rather higher cost for a part that needed replacing to get it through the mot as I had no way of getting it back, taking to somewhere else and getting it back to be retested. If the service dept opened longer hours on a Saturday then this would not be as much of an issue for me, and probably a lot of ex birkenhead customers.
