The Team at Lookers Vauxhall Ellesmere Port who engaged into our enquiry were very Professional and Courteous. They attended to our needs which they met, which in some instances is not possible with other establishments. In my opinion every Business needs to see Customer(s) as an investment into their place of business instead of looking at us as £ signs., this where you get repeat business and recommendations. You have to be open and truthfully with your potential customer(s), so they know what deal they are receiving without any hidden agendas, basically making them aware of what comes in the package of the product they are purchasing. Buying our new car from Lookers Ellsemere Port was such a good experience. I am based in Scotland and was slightly apprehensive buying a car from far and specially one that I hadn't seen in person.
