I moved to Bromborough in September and was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to carry on with the arrangements I had in place with Warrington and then with St Helens. No need to worry - car was collected from new address and returned mid afternoon. As I have Parkinson’s this arrangement really works and takes the stress out of car maintenance and ownership. In connection with Question 5, I already have a service plan in place.

Easy booking, great communication, good updates, friendly, and spoilt my dog in there too which was an added bonus!

Pay rise should be looked at not very often go into car show rooms and staff friendly 10/10 experience Would happily get another Vauxhall car and be happy to get it from Vauxhall Ellesmere port show room. Found online store very inconvenient, would much prefer face to face appointments with memebr of staff to order car and finance agreements. Daniel Keir was very helpful throughout, would definitely recommend to family and friends. Would also go back to Daniel for another vehicle in the future.

Customer service from Daniel Keir was excellent, very informative and helpful. Only negative experience was using the online store, had many problems with receiving emails and with log in details.
