I love the fact you can trace the cars progress through the workshop This was a great improvement with no need to keep ringing to see if the car's service was completed. YOU MUST KEEP THIS SYSTEM brilliant. I did get a phone call rom Pauline to tell me the car was ready for collection, great improved service

yes just one : The hire car was very dirty, had I not travelled so far I would have refused to use it especially with covid19 running wild. Dirty Interior not just waste paper but long term dirt. let yourself down on a key point.

The car was in for its MOT. I'm not sure if checking the windscreen wash applies but if it does it would appear that it was not checked as there was very little in the car when I needed to use it.

I would just like to say that both ladies who served me when I dropped off and collected my vehicle, were very professional polite and friendly. And made the servicing of my vehicle at Ellesmere port Lookers, at pleasant experience which has not always been the case when I've used other garages and services.

Keith has been amazing and kept me informed of everything I needed to know including waiting times etc. He even managed to secure a car for my daughter . I have always been treated with best customer service at Vauxhall and can’t fault Martin and his team. I ll definitely be back
