Excellent all round customer received from the booking in process right through to the helpful and efficient service received from Patsy in the Service Department. The only thing I would see needs urgent attention is the difficulties in parking the car for the customer as very limited spaces left available since Vans being booked in for work.

Now that there is no Lookers in Birkenhead, I had told Patsy, the receptionist, that we had a couple of things to do in Ellesmere Port and if the car could be made ready quickly it would save us having to travel home and back again. She said she would see what she could do, and the car was ready within 3 hours, whilst we were still shopping locally.

Very good service, collected and delivered back, with the car cleaned inside and out, helpful member of staff.

Upon visiting lookers in ellesmere port it was a chilled atmosphere didn't feel hassled and chased round by car salesmen like most other places, I approached Daniel keir to ask about a used car, Dan had a lot of knowledge about the car and the best deals for me, he went through all the finance options and we come up with the best one for myself to use. My mum came with me to pick the car up I decided to buy and has decided she wants to buy a car off him too as he was so nice and genuine!
